INSTRUCTIONS FOR ILLUSTRATOR PORTFOLIO ROUNDUP
Bring your portfolio with you on September 23rd. Do not mail it. Portfolios should measure no more than 24" x 32" (the standard large portfolio size) and contain no more than 12 pieces. Only the first three to twelve pieces will be reviewed, depending on the quantity of portfolios. Each piece should be your very best work, presented as neatly as possible. You may also bring take-home pieces for interested parties.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PERSONAL PORTFOLIO EVALUATION SESSIONS WITH BARB CILETTI
Bring your portfolio with you on September 23rd. Portfolios should measure no more than 24" x 32" (the standard large portfolio size) and contain no more than 15 pieces. You may include works in progress. These fifteen-minute, one-on-one meetings with Barbara Ciletti are offered at $20 each for SCBWI members, $30 for non-SCBWI members. Only 8 spots are available; if more than 8 people request portfolio evaluations, a lottery will be held.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PORTFOLIO LICENSING CONSULTATION SESSIONS WITH CHERYL PHELPS
Cheryl Phelps will review your portfolio to give you feedback and advice about the potential of licensing your artwork on all kinds of products including cards, paper partyware, gift wrap, apparel, bedding, table top china, toys, games, home accessories, character licensing, books and more.

The number of available spots will depend on the number and duration of requests. If there are less spots than requests, a lottery will be held.
