“Of interest” events are events that RMC members might like to know about or attend, such as writing or illustrating classes or workshops you are teaching locally. Because these events are not sponsored or endorsed by SCBWI, we cannot list them on the Upcoming Events page on the website (book signings are an exception).
However, they will appear in the monthly announcement that goes out to all members via MailChimp as long as they are received by the deadline posted on the Upcoming Events page.
NOTE: The Co-Regional Advisors reserve the right to exclude events in this category based on SCBWI bylaws, conflicts with RMC-SCBWI events, or if the focus of the event is not related to children’s literature.
