Illustrator Gallery Form

We’re so glad you want to be a part of the Illustrator Gallery!  Please note that you must be an SCBWI member, Rocky Mountain Chapter, to be included in the gallery.  The webmaster will check membership status monthly and remove those who are no longer members. 

To submit your illustrations complete the  Illustrator Gallery Form.

IMAGE SUBMISSIONS

You may submit a headshot and up to FOUR images.

  1. Send an email to the webmaster
  2. Subject line: ILLUSTRATOR GALLERY IMAGES
  3. Body: Please include your first and last name in the body of the message
  4. Headshot Image: GIF or JPG approximately 110 pixels x 90 pixels or as close as possible. (Images may be edited for size)
    Sample illustrations: 4 images (GIF or JPG, approximately 555px x 355px) please name them LASTNAME1.GIF, LASTNAME2.GIF, etc inserting your own last name for “LASTNAME.”

IMPORTANT: If you want to protect your image, please include a watermark or other protection before sending it.

If we already have a photo of you on file that you want us to use, just let us know. You can always check the status of your submission by contacting the Webmaster.

Submission FAQs

How long will it take to be included in the gallery?

Usually one to two weeks You can check the status at any time by contacting the Webmaster.

How can I change my information once I’ve submitted it?

If you need to make a change to your existing information, simply contact  the Webmaster with the changes you require. Put ILLUSTRATOR GALLERY CHANGES in the Subject Line of your email.

I no longer want to be included in the Illustrator Gallery. How do I get my information removed?

Contact  the Webmaster with REMOVE ILLUSTRATOR GALLERY in the Subject Line of your email. Include your first and last name in the body of the email so we may find your listing quickly and remove it.

How else will you use this list?

We will make this list available when we exhibit at other events such as CCIRA, the Colorado Teen Lit Conference, CIPA Expo, and more.
